Fiesta Jalisco is located in Indian Harbour Beach. They’re known for their authentic Mexican food.

We visited Fiesta Jalisco recently and wanted to share our thoughts on the food with all of you.

We decided to sit on their back-patio because it was such a beautiful day. There was a nice breeze coming through and the sun wasn’t blazing. We entered through the front entrance into the restaurant. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was fresh and fun. We were taken outside by our server, Megan. We believe she was one of the only servers there that day. She did a really good job. Anyways, Megan took our drink orders and the real fun began.

It’s An Appetizer Fiesta!

Starting off with some chips and salsa, the chips were crispy and had the right amount of salt. The salsa was pretty average and a little spicy. We believe it could’ve used some texture like chunks of tomatoes.

We always get guacamole when we visit Fiesta Jalisco. It was so good. Creamy but you can taste the chunks of avocado and the flavors of the lime, red onions, and tomatoes work so well together. It was definitely fresh.

Our Entrees Have Arrived!

These are the Las Enchiladas Verdes. You get your choice of shredded beef or chicken with tomatillo sauce, sour cream, queso fresco, red onions, and cilantro. It’s served with rice and beans. The chicken was tender and juicy. The tortillas were soft. All meals come with refried beans but you can substitute with either black beans or pinto beans. These are black beans pictured here.

These are the shrimp quesadillas. They come with mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes. They’re served with shredded lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, and guacamole. This quesadilla had no mushrooms in it. They come with refried beans but black beans were used as a substitute. The shrimp are baby shrimp and they were tender. The cheese was creamy and had nice flavor. The tortillas were soft. The rice was good and had good flavor.

Closing Thoughts

We are always impressed by Fiesta Jalisco’s food. It’s always good and consistent. The last we visited there we ordered the shrimp quesadillas and we knew we had to get them again.

If you’re craving authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go.
