Café Margaux is located in Cocoa Village in Cocoa. They’re known for their European cuisine and prime steaks.
We’ve visited Café Margaux a few times before.
We wanted to share our thoughts with all of you on our visit as it was a celebration for a graduation.
May We Introduce Our Salads?

This is the French goat cheese salad. It features warm goat cheese, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette.
Every time we visit, we always look forward to the goat cheese. It’s absolutely stellar. It’s warm, gooey, and soft. The rest of the salad was very good.

This is the caesar salad with warm goat cheese. I kept saying how much I love the goat cheese and Athena, our waitress heard me, so my salad came out with goat cheese on it. I cannot tell you how excited I was.
The caesar salad has crisp romaine, parmesan cheese, croutons, and caesar dressing. The salad is basic but it was very good. The croutons added a nice crunch and the dressing packed a punch.
It’s Entree Time

This is the melange of fresh seafood. It’s a trio of seafood which includes swordfish, salmon, and mahi all in their own individual sauces. All three were very good.

This is the pork chop served with garlic whipped mashed potatoes and a bacon and bourbon cream. The pork chop is 16 ounces.

This is the rack of lamb in a dijon garlic merlot sauce served with garlic whipped mashed potatoes.
The lamb was tender and the sauce was light and paired nicely with the lamb.

This the filet mignon served with garlic whipped mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
The filet is one of our favorite dishes here. It was buttery and tender. It was mooing a little bit. It was a bit too pink for our liking but otherwise it was very good. The potatoes were melt-in-your-mouth creamy.

These are the truffle parmesan french fries served with roasted garlic aioli. These were substituted for the asparagus for another filet mignon dinner that isn’t pictured here.
These are the most addicting fries you will ever have. They’re absolutely delicious. The parmesan cheese and truffle compliment each other so well. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The roasted garlic aioli pairs well with the fries. It’s creamy and garlicky and packs a little spice.
Time for the Best Part!

This is the pecan pie served with whipped cream. It reminded us of Thanksgiving but had a creamier texture.

This is dark chocolate burgundy cake served with whipped cream. This is the best chocolate cake in Brevard County!
It was rich, chocolatey, gooey and light from the chocolate mouse that’s in between the cake layers. The cake is soft and spongey. The outside is covered in ganache.
Closing Thoughts
We’ve been coming to Café Margaux for a few years now. It’s great restaurant to go to, especially if you’re celebrating a specific occasion. The staff is helpful and nice.
If you’re craving a good steak or you need a place for a celebration, this is the place to go.
