Texas Roadhouse is located in Viera. They’re known for hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, ice cold beer, and their made-from-scratch fresh baked bread.
We visited Texas Roadhouse recently and wanted to share our thoughts with all of you.
The Best Bread in Town

This is their fresh-baked bread served with honey cinnamon butter.
They’re fluffy like pillows and the cinnamon butter is highly addictive. The rolls are too.
Look, it’s Salad!

This is the side caesar salad.
Their caesar dressing is one of the best. It’s thick and creamy. Their salads are always loaded with cheese.
Time for Lunch

This is the mushroom jack chicken sandwich without the mushrooms. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Here the tomato is on the side and the onion was axed. They’re jack cheese melted on top of the chicken. Served with steak fries.
The chicken was bigger than the roll. It was juicy and mostly tender. The fries had a nice seasoning.

This is the pulled pork dinner. It comes with two sides. Pictured here is mashed potatoes and the side caesar salad was another side. It’s served with a grilled roll.
The pork was tender and had the right amount of BBQ sauce without being too much. The mashed potatoes are homestyle with the skin included.
Closing Thoughts
We’re frequent visitors of Texas Roadhouse. They’re usually consistent when we visit the restaurant or pick-up curbside. Their food is good and there’s a good variety of options.
